The MAME videogame-console emulator package contains an F8 emulator,
written in C++. Might be portable enough to move to a PIC (a larger
one would be needed, I suspect) or to something like a Pi Pico,
Teensy, Blue/Black Pill, or other Cortex-based micro board.
