Kemet has some too.

Has anybody used these? Any comments?

I've used the radial-lead polymer caps and (most of them) have been
great. Low ESR, low ESL, good over-voltage and reverse-voltage
behavior. I just need something smaller now.

The datasheet says it’s an alpo, not a tantalum.

It has a leadframe, so it looks pretty good.

Thats actually what I want, polymer. Lower ESR and without the
exploding mode.

I've ordered some and will abuse them.
