Is this a southwestern (Latinx) phenomenon? Or, is it a generational
change? We even see "permanent makeup" now (which looks like what you'd
encounter on a "doll"!)

change?  We even see "permanent makeup" now (which looks like what you'd
encounter on a "doll"!)

Some cultures are more into tattoing than others. Maori's (from New
Zealand) come to mind. Quite a few of them have migrated to Australia,
and I do see them in my neighbourhood.
